Website care plans

Total Websites LTD will monitor and back up your website inline with your service plan.

We’ll receive early warning alerts of any potential issues which enables us to intervene to fix the site and avoid downtime. 

We also review your website reports and can make recommendations for improving website performance. 

Note: This is a monitoring service only and does not include the costs of fixing any issues with your website.

Customers who use our website care plan services typically experience very few problems with their websites.

If your website does develop problems we can fix those for you (Standard rates apply) and get your website back online!

This all depends on your website and the type of problem that it has. Smaller issues can be fixed very quickly, whilst larger problems will naturally take a little longer.

Once we have identified the issue with your website we can usually give you an accurate price for fixing your website.

Overtime websites will naturally become outdated and more vulnerable to problems.

Left unmaintained websites can develop a range of problems that include becoming much more vulnerable to attacks, slowing down or certain features or parts of the website may stop working all together.

We have fixed websites that are years old (that we did not build) for clients who never saw the need to maintain their website. In some of these cases the cost of fixing the website (because of the labour hours) costs much more than it would have cost to use our monthly care plan services. 

Yes, Total Websites LTD don’t have to have built your website for you to benefit from our website care plan services.

Our website care plans cover the technical aspects of your website, that include making sure the website system, code and plugins are up to date that that your website is backed up.

We do not include adding webpage content, or creating new pages as part of our care plan services. We can of course add any new pages, content or complete additional development work that you require.
